I will be bringing this one back as well before the month warranty runs out with the shop - but I'll be buying another phone though obvioulsy not a KS360. Also what you can do before going to the warranty is to restor the phone to its default settings.. I dont know how it is in the KC 550 but search for something like master reset or restore factory settings in your "settings" menu. This might fix the problem...
